Our Country house is an a propety that stretches for about 7 hectares. Here there is the best of Cilento-flora; the typical fig-trees or corbezzo-fruit and a wide range of aromatic herbs (spice), that give a adelicius flavour to a lot of old Mediterranena dishes, that we prepare ourselves, in our restaurant. But the best part of our farm is the well-equipped fold for goats and sheep, also the horses have their stables... It's an autentic old farm, reating a well-equipped fold for goats and sheep, also the horses have their stables ... Most of our produce is home-made, such as the fantastic red wine "Sangiovese I Filadelfi 1828". Vine grow on a south facing slope above the farmhouse, overlooking Alento Lake. The clay soil, excellent drainage, summer sunshine give wine grapes with a hight flavour content and together with our loving work obtain natural, organic wine with a full body and flavour. We produce also our aromatic goat's chees, that we use in some dishes of our "cousine"...
